  I reported this Ted talk. Most of people think that learning one thing need 10,000 hours, turns out we can learn anything in 20 hours! After finishing this report, I learned a lot about the secrets of learning, I also hope that I can use it in my future study.

 If I feel tired after school, I procrastinate to do the homework or review the lesson sometimes. I usually choose to take a rest first. However, after the break time, I just want to continue to rest. I think I can set the goal everyday. Before the break, must completed the goal.

 The first aspect I want to improve is smile. People usually forget keep smiling when they facing the camera. If we smile properly during the online meeting, just like face to face with the person. The atmosphere of the meeting will be better.   The second is hand gestures. When we speak to others online, we can match some simple hand gestures. It will make ourselves look more engaged. And the conversation will also be more natural.

 Because people are lazy to go out, or some people may be asked to isolate at home during COVID-19. If there is a way that let them stay home, and order the food from the restaurant.It will be very convenient for them. Now, the food delivery apps are common and easy to operate, so they become so popular.
