The first 20 hours -- how to learn anything

  I reported this Ted talk. Most of people think that learning one thing need 10,000 hours, turns out we can learn anything in 20 hours! After finishing this report, I learned a lot about the secrets of learning, I also hope that I can use it in my future study.

Why should school start later for teens

  This Ted talk mentions that teens face chronic sleep deprivation due to public policy.Insufficient sleep will bring many adverse effects on health and even society. If school start later, teenagers will allow to have more sufficient sleep. It will improve health and social problems, and the benefits will be huge. Overall, I agree with the idea of ​​delaying school start times.

What are two of the important aspects of body language you want to improve the most when having an online meeting/class next time? Why?

 The first aspect I want to improve is smile. People usually forget keep smiling when they facing the camera. If we smile properly during the online meeting, just like face to face with the person. The atmosphere of the meeting will be better.   The second is hand gestures. When we speak to others online, we can match some simple hand gestures. It will make ourselves look more engaged. And the conversation will also be more natural.
